BigWig Digitals strives to ensure every customer is fully satisfied. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns process.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Perishable goods or products with opened hygiene seals.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email info@bigwigdigitals.com with your order number and return reason.
- Our team will review within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
- Use a tracked shipping method — we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Additional time may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Wrong Item Received
Contact us immediately. We’ll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@bigwigdigitals.com. If already dispatched, the standard return process applies.
